1. The user must connect his/her existing Facebook account to the App in order to use the App. Settings concerning the personal data of the Facebook account must be changed in the Facebook account settings.

  2. By connecting his/her Facebook account to the App, the user grants the Operator express consent to store and process non-personal usage data and to use the following data from his/her Facebook account:

    1. First name and surname,

    2. Profile picture,

    3. Sex,

    4. E-mail address,

    5. Friends list, and

    6. Facebook user ID.

  3. Optionally, the user can also authorize the Operator to post on Facebook in the name of the user.

  4. The Operator shall store the IP address, browser type, browser language, and geographical data for every log-in. The Operator shall observe the applicable statutory data protection provisions when handling the data of the user. The data shall be processed automatically and not passed on to any unaffiliated companies without the written consent of the user. In the event of abuse, the Operator reserves the right to pass on these data to the law enforcement authorities if legally necessary.

  5. If the user uses the App on a mobile end device, by registering he/she agrees to provide the Operator with the following data from his/her end device and in an indirect personal form for the purposes of error correction and quality improvement in the App:

    1. ID of the end device,

    2. Version number of the App,

    3. End device model and operating system version number,

    4. Free memory,

    5. Process of the App (user behavior in the App),

    6. Display properties,

    7. Hardware configuration and the software environment of the end device model,

    8. System log files,

    9. If available, information on the built-in receiver and its configuration (3G/4G/Wi-Fi), and

    10. Geographic data (country, state).

  6. The Operator is entitled to store and assess connection data, especially source and destination IP data and all other log files, for the purposes of protecting its own computers and those of third parties. The Operator is also entitled to compile indirectly personal usage statistics; the user consents to this by registering.

  7. In order to adapt the App to the individual requirements of the user and continuously develop and optimize the design and quality of the App, the Operator uses cookies, retargeting cookies, and tracking tools.

    1. Cookies and Retargeting

    2. Cookies are small files which are stored on the hard drive of the user’s computer or on the user’s mobile end device when the user visits the App. Retargeting cookies collect sociodemographic data (e.g. the age and sex of the user) as well as the Internet behavior of the user (in and outside of the App).The cookies are used to record which games the user plays in the App and how often and how long the App and its games are used for (times of day, days of the week, etc.). Sociodemographic data are also stored, such as the age and sex of the user. The data stored using the cookies are viewed, processed, and used by the Operator to adapt the App to the behavior, requirements, and interests of each user, and to generate statistics and form user groups. Furthermore, these data are also used for the purposes of targeted advertising by third parties. The data stored in this process are continuously updated and expanded based on the behavior of the user.The user consents to the use of cookies and retargeting cookies by the Operator. Furthermore, the user expressly consents to the data disclosed by and received from him/her (e.g. the age and sex of the user) being automatically processed (e.g. electronically, by cookies).

    3. Tracking Tools

    4. Tracking tools are third-party services which help the Operator to statistically evaluate and analyze the behavior of the user. The Operator uses the findings from this process to optimize and develop the App.

  8. The Operator shall implement all measures technically possible in order to protect the user data it stores, although the Operator shall not be liable if third parties illegally gain access to these data and use them further. All liability of the Operator for damage to the user or third parties in such a connection is mutually excluded. The Operator shall administrate the data of the user for as long as the App is actively used or as long as the data are required for the purposes of providing the service.

  9. The user can view the stored personal data at any time in his/her Facebook account or in the mobile App. The user is always entitled to alter or delete his/her information. The Operator undertakes to actually delete any data requested to be deleted. The user can delete the App by deleting the App from his/her Facebook account or uninstalling the App from his/her mobile end device. The user can use the support form in the App to request the deletion of the data collected on the user.

  10. Credits are purchased through third-party providers such as Facebook, the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store. For this reason, the Operator has absolutely no access to payment information such as credit card data. The Operator can only see general transaction data such as the amount, currency, country, transaction date, and method of purchase.

  11. The Operator uses the collected information in order to continuously adapt and optimize the services based on the requirements of the user. Personal data of the user shall be used in order to send the user personalized information (updates to the App, new features, promotions, etc.). The user can unsubscribe from receiving such information at any time. The user cannot refuse to receive messages necessary in order to fulfill the object of business.

  12. The App is only for people of legal age in their home country. Furthermore, the App is only to be used for the purposes of entertainment. Persons under the age of 18 are not entitled to use the App. The Operator shall not purposefully collect information from any person under the legal age.
